QInternal Member vs External Collaborator?
AInternal members share your plan's seats and data. External collaborators have their own organization and limited access.
QDo external collaborators count as seats?
ANo! External collaborators (partners/agencies) do NOT count towards your plan's seat limit.
QCan I share credits with external teams?
AYes, you can 'gift' credits to a collaborator's organization wallet, but you cannot share a wallet directly.
QWhat's the difference between a message and a segment?
ASMS is billed per segment (usually 160 characters per segment). A single message can cost multiple segments depending on length and encoding.
QWhy are my messages queued instead of sending instantly?
AWe throttle sending to match your 10DLC verification and carrier rules. This improves deliverability and helps prevent filtering.
QCan I stop a campaign after it starts?
AIf a campaign is still queued/sending, you can stop it to prevent remaining messages from sending. Already-sent messages can't be recalled.
QWhy didn't someone receive my text?
ACommon reasons include DNC/opt-out status, invalid phone formatting, carrier filtering, or missing consent. Check Message Logs and the contact profile.
QWhere can I see replies?
AReplies appear in your Inbox/Conversations. You can also open a campaign and review reply and opt-out counts in its analytics.
QDoes MMS cost more than SMS?
AYes. MMS pricing and segmenting are different from SMS. If you're sending media, your cost can be higher than SMS-only sends.

What's the difference?
Personal Wallet: These credits are private. Only you can use them for your campaigns and messages.
Org Wallet: These credits are shared. Anyone in your organization can use them to send messages.

How Quick Replies Work
